Procemex Roll Quality Inspection is a part of the Procemex WMS&WIS system and utilises special high-resolution cameras to inspect the finished roll surface, roll ends, and roll wrapping. It uses Procemex neural networks to classify visual defects in real time. Then the system alerts fail or pass based on the preset criteria. It also stores images, the defect class, and a timestamp with the roll ID.
